If you are using a device manager to manage your fleet of headsets, you can download the UbiSim APK file any time we release an update. You can then import the file to multiple headsets at once via your device manager. Please note: you must have an Admin account to be able to find the file.
Log into the UbiSim Portal
Click the 'Admin Settings' tab on the left-hand side, and then click the 'Update' tab:
Towards the bottom of the page, you can choose whether to download the file to your computer or copy the link:
Import the file to your device manager to deploy it across all or multiple headsets
