Steps to Create a Class:
1. Log into the web portal
2. Scroll down to the 'Classes' section, then press the '+' button
3. Enter the title of the class
4. Create a join code for students to enroll in the class. It should ideally be short enough to remember but a mixture of letters and numbers
5. Select a termination date for the class
6. Select whether or not you'd like the list of medications/documents to be visible to students before starting a scenario:
7. Click the 'Add Scenarios' button:
8. Click the checkbox on the top right of each scenario that you wish to add to select it, then click the 'Add Selected Scenarios' button:
9. Click the 'Save Class' button:
Note: An Admin can hide the entire Scenarios page from within the Admin Panel Settings. This is useful to ensure that students can only play the scenarios assigned to them at a given point in time and avoids possible confusion from selecting the wrong scenario.
How to Track Student Progress:
Students will be able to join a class by entering the class code that you shared with them. They'll only need to enter the code once to become enrolled. Below is what it looks like from the students' view:
