If you have encountered any of the following:
1. An odd grid around the room.
2. Can't see your partner in the scenario.
3. The screen goes black.
4. You are too tall or feel you can't reach what you need to.
Please ensure your Guardian is set up correctly. The Guardian should line up with the 7ft x 7ft space that has been set up to play in, and UbiSim should begin at the center of this space.
1. If you do not have a space set up or the grid does not seem to line up with the space, here is a great video from Oculus on how to set the Guardian up correctly:
2. If the space seems to be set up OK but the starting point for UbiSim is not at the center of it, or you feel like you are too tall/can't reach it, you may need to recalibrate. Stand in the desired location, then try:
Turning the headset on and off again.
Quit UbiSim, then restart it again.
If this does not work, refer to step 1 to re-setup your Guardian.
