How to turn off saving of the web replay (Admins)
1. Log into UbiSim at https://my.ubisimvr.com/login.
2. Click on the 'Admin settings ' tab >> click 'Settings' >> toggle off 'Save recording of web-streaming session view':
Any sessions completed after this change has been made will not include a web replay in the Session Feedback.
How to delete a web replay after it's been uploaded (Trainers & Admins)
1. Log into UbiSim at https://my.ubisimvr.com/login.
2. Click on the 'Performance' tab and scroll down or use the search bar to find the session you're looking for. Then, click on the session:
3. Under the 'Watch Web Replay' thumbnail, click 'Delete':
Then, simply repeat these steps for any other session that you wish to delete the web replay for.
Note: in order for the 'Delete' button to be visible, you must reach out to our Support team and let them know you want to have this option. Our Support team's email is support@ubisimvr.com.
