How to Facilitate a Session

A guided tour of this component of the UbiSim system, required for triggering dialogue during live sessions.

The facilitator is responsible for overseeing the Session. This includes monitoring the students’ actions, sending messages to students, triggering dialog options, and more. As you may recall from How to Start a Session, a session may be facilitated in one of two ways, depending on user preference:

  1. The facilitator starts a Scenario on the web, and the active participants join the Session in VR.

  2. One of the active participants starts the Scenario in VR, and the facilitator goes to the Sessions page and facilitates the Session.
