How to Log Into UbiSim (Faculty)

As a faculty member, you can log into your web portal to access the scenario catalog, manage classes, and more.

How to Register to UbiSim

If you don't already have a UbiSim account, an admin will need to create one for you. Admins may refer to this guide to learn how to create new accounts.

How to Log In

1. Go to the web portal at https://my.ubisimvr.com/login. Enter your email address and password, and click the blue 'Login' button:

2. If you forgot your password, please click on the 'Forgot Password?' link. You will receive an email with a reset password link:

Important Note:

The 'Register' link at the bottom is only for students.

Students registering for UbiSim will receive a Learner account, which has only the most basic permissions. Faculty members that wish to have a UbiSim account will need to have one created for them by an Admin and assigned one of the relevant roles (i.e. Trainer or Administrator).

3. You can manage your account settings from the Profile Settings page:

Important Note: Only Admins have access to the 'Admin Settings' and 'User Management' pages. If you have a Trainer (i.e. instructor) or Learner (i.e. student) account, you will not have access to these sections. If you believe you should have access to them, please contact one of your institution's Admins.
