If you've forgotten your password or simply want to create a new one, you may follow the steps below:
1. Go to the UbiSim Portal
2. Click the 'Forgot Password?' link:
3. Enter your email address and click the red arrow button to submit your request:
4. Check your email inbox for the remaining steps to set up a new password
Once done, you may use this new password to log into the UbiSim Portal and the UbiSim app in VR moving forward.
