How to Duplicate or Edit an Existing Class?

Edit an existing class

You can edit an existing class by following these steps:

1. Under 'Classes,' select the class you wish to edit.

2. To edit an existing class, simply click on the pen icon and begin your edit:

3. On the next page, you can edit the title of the class, the join code, the class end date, whether medications/documents are visible to learners before the scenario, and add or remove scenarios:

You can add or remove Scenarios by clicking on Add Scenarios or on the Red X to remove them from that class.

4. After you are done with your edit, click the 'Save Class' button at the top right of the page to save your new changes.


Duplicating a class

You can Duplicate an existing class by following these steps:

1. Under 'Classes,' select the class you wish to make a duplicate of:

2. To duplicate it, simply click on the Duplicate icon:

3. A pop-up will appear showing the class has been successfully duplicated. You can click the 'View New Class' button to go into the newly duplicated class:

4. You can then edit the new class you have created by following the instructions on Step 3 on the first section at the top of this page.

If you wish to delete any of your classes, simply click on the Trashcan icon and confirm.
