If you are using a device manager to manage your fleet of headsets, you can download the UbiSim APK file any time we release an update. You can then import the file to multiple headsets at once via your device manager. Please note: you must have an Admin account to be able to find the file.
Log into the web portal
Click the 'Admin Settings' tab on the left-hand side, and then click the 'Update' tab
Towards the bottom of the page, you can choose whether to download the file to your computer or copy the link, depending on the device manager you're using:
4. Import the file to your device manager's admin center content library and deploy it across multiple or all headsets
*Please note: After importing the APK file to the content library, you must ensure to deploy across the headsets as soon as possible, as the APK file has a 24 hour expiry limit. If this limit passes, you will need to retrieve the file from the web portal again and re-import to the admin center.
