NEW Release - Web Portal and Headset Version Coordination
Built-in safeguards help administrators coordinate Web Portal updates and headset versions, reducing disruption from version mismatches and providing guidance throughout the update process.
Update Confirmation
Before updating the Web Portal, administrators can find guidance in Admin Settings, under the Update tab. This includes the recommended update process, a reminder to notify faculty, a reminder to check for active sessions, and a reminder to allow time for headset updates. A confirmation step appears before the Web Portal update begins, and a separate confirmation step appears before downloading an APK to headsets:
